Honey and Ricotta Tart

If you love the taste of honey this is for you

2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Cold water (add 1 at a time)
Blend all ingredients in food processor to make a pastry.
Knead pastry and roll out onto a greased pie dish.

Filling
Blend in food processor
1 ½ cups Ricotta
3 Tablespoons honey
3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pour filling into to pastry
Bake for 10-15 Minutes in moderate oven at 180 degrees C
Then reduce to 150 degrees for further 30-40. Mins
Serve cold
