Lamb on Skewers

I grew up with Lamb being Australian and love it.

500gms. lamb, cut into pieces
1 cup of Italian salad dressing
2 bay leaves
500gms mushrooms
2 green capsicum, cut into pieces
2 tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teasp. Worchestershire
1/2 teasp. Chilli sauce

Marinate meat overnight in salad dressing.
Remove lamb and save marinade.
On skewers add lamb then mushrooms and capsicum. Repeat
Brush with marinade. Place tomatoes on ends of skewers. Brush all with mixture of tomato, worcestershire and chilli sauce
